Free Shipping Within Canada

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $65 CAD or more within Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Canadian shipping generally takes approximately 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed to you after your order ships.

International Orders

International shipping is available to eligible destinations when a shipping option is shown at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If a tracked package appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
